BABY CINDY

This Arizona-bred mare arrived at Unbridled Spirits on New Year’s Day of 2023, along with her half-sister, Deron’s Diva. Cindy also joined one of her offspring, Baby Huey, at the sanctuary.

Not long after her arrival, Cindy was having difficulty keeping weight on. Special attention to her diet, however, has helped her put it back on and maintain it. She is in a very happy head space now and has the sweetest of personalities.

Her main companion at the sanctuary is Majestic Spring.

Cindy’s racing career lasted only eight starts, due to bone chips that developed in her knee. Before being forced into retirement, however, she did earn a trip to the winner’s circle at Finger Lakes (NY).
