Terra Luna

The Oklahoma-bred, chestnut mare came to Unbridled in September of 2018, with the vital assistance of our dear friends at Caribbean Thoroughbred Aftercare. Terra did the majority of her racing in Puerto Rico, collecting four wins in 55 lifetime starts.

The equine social circles at the sanctuary are constantly changing, as our residents frequently hop from band to band. One group that appears to be permanent of late, however, is what we affectionately call “The Book Club Ladies.” Terra is a member, along with her buds, Machine Gun Merry, Naggedy Ann and White Pass.
 

Terra loves organic apples, homemade treats with peppermints, and baths. She is a pampered princess by her sponsor mum, Virginia Kurtz (pictured).
